A F Accounting was founded by Aimee Fielding to endeavour to fill a gap in the market.
Aimee started her ACCA qualification back in 2002 where she joined a small practice specialising in owner managed businesses. Here she gained valuable experience learning the basics before moving on to a top 20 accountancy practice to complete her training and post-qualification experience. Here she worked her way up the ladder from being an Accounts Senior to running the Business Services department, training and mentoring 12 members of staff and overseeing the affairs of a large client portfolio.
Eventually, Aimee decided to go back to her roots and has subsequently spent 6 years working with another small Bristol-based accountancy practice where she has worked with businesses with turnovers of between £10,000 and £3,000,000, dealing with all aspects of accounting, from annual compliance, implementation of accounting systems that suit the needs of the individual and streamline their processes to general day to day assistance. Aimee is also able to explain complex situations in plain English, rather than in accounting jargon!
